The Product Designer will create end-to-end digital experiences, focusing on user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to innovate and enhance digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Create and design attractive and functional user interfaces for mobile and web applications, always defending user-centered design solutions
- Create digital experiences associated with the brand that are consistent across multiple platforms, devices, and channels
- Develop new product concepts, graphic scripts, detailed interaction designs, screen flows, and prototypes to articulate solutions clearly
- Create visually appealing designs that align with the company's product and brand standards
- Participate in the realization of concept and usability tests to validate and improve design solutions iteratively
Requirements
- More than 7 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile applications for clients
- Degree in Interaction Design, Interface Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or Service/Graphic Design (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of interaction/visual design and rapid prototyping tools, such as Figma
- High level of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to manage autonomous meetings and conversations with international partners
- Ability to manage complex projects with autonomy and results-oriented

- Experience with design systems that consistently scale between platforms
