Lead UI & UX design across digital products, balancing user needs with brand storytelling. Shape experiences end-to-end, from research to final UI design.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI & UX design across digital products, platforms, and applications — balancing user needs with brand storytelling
- Shape experiences end-to-end: from research, audits, personas, and user journeys through to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design
- Design distinctive UI systems that translate brand identities into digital interfaces, bringing them to life with interaction, motion, and detail
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer (agency or product background) with a strong portfolio
- A sharp eye for UI craft: distinctive digital design, interaction, design systems, templating, and atomic design
- Comfort with Figma, FigJam, Miro and other collaboration tools
Key Skills
- Front-end awareness — able to speak the language of developers and ensure design intent carries through
- Experience with motion and animation tools (e.g. After Effects, Jitter) to enhance user experiences
- A track record of mentoring, presenting, and influencing clients and colleagues with confidence and clarity
