As a Product Designer, you will shape how merchants and their customers interact with Tyro’s payment products by using data and research to inform design decisions. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to create seamless and engaging payment experiences.
Responsibilities
- Strategy: Help define and prioritise what we build, why, and for whom
- Craft: Design elegant, functional, and accessible interfaces that simplify complex payment flows
- Collaboration: Work as a trusted partner with product and engineering teams to co-create solutions and align on direction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products across web and native apps
- Demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and synthesise user research and usability testing
- Experience interpreting product analytics and behavioural data to inform design decisions
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
