Senior UX Designer

Remote Full-time Senior
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team, partnering with Technology and Product teams to design and implement useful, consistent, intuitive, usable and engaging interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Leading design projects and collaborating with Designers, Client Insights, Product and Technology throughout all stage of the product development lifecycle
- Analyzing existing solutions, environments, and user needs
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to grasp requirements
- Creating information architecture diagrams, sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and screen flows
- Creating prototypes to explore design ideas, support usability testing and obtain buy-in
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX experience
- Hands-on experience with diverse research methodologies
- Skilled with standard UX software such as Figma
- Ability to deliver high quality designs and prototypes
- Experience creating intuitive solutions for complex UIs and data visualization challenges
