Sr. Graphic Designer

Develop and maintain graphic designs to support the organization's image, identity, and brand. Collaborate with colleagues to assess effectiveness of imagery and presentation needs while directing marketing design projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain graphic designs to support the organization's image, identity, and brand
• Develop and design the aesthetics, visual design, and/or layout of product artwork and marketing materials
• Meet with colleagues to determine and assess the effectiveness of imagery and presentation needs and may direct marketing design projects, collaborating with multiple teams
• Integrate current and contemporary visual trends and media into day-to-day assignments

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on digital communications
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Expert skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Working knowledge of Figma and Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desired
• Passion for design with deep experience in brand identity, campaign development, and traditional disciplines (typography, color, layout)
