Urgent Hiring Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant - 11/2025

The Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant is responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various digital and print media. This includes collaborating with clients, managing multiple projects, and ensuring quality and brand consistency in all designs.
Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements
- Tool Proficiency: Create designs by hand or using digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Visual Optimization: Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability
- Client Collaboration & Revision: Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements
- High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
- Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent photo editing skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- With a minimum of one year of relevant graphic design experience
