The Cluster Graphic Designer will develop high-quality, brand-aligned visual assets across multiple properties. Responsibilities include creating visual content for various platforms, managing creative projects, and maintaining brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual content for print, digital, and social media platforms that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce a wide range of materials, including promotional items, operational materials, and guest experience assets
- Manage and organize creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Maintain and improve cluster-wide image and media libraries, including photography, video, and digital assets
- Support regional events, campaigns, and on-property creative initiatives
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all cluster properties
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns, web banners, and other digital marketing materials
- Conduct quality checks on all materials and maintain a reference archive
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies
- Participate in client familiarization trips, events, and activations as needed
- Apply cost-effective solutions while maintaining luxury brand quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in creating print, digital, and social media materials, preferably in the hospitality or luxury goods sector
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Working knowledge of HTML/Dreamweaver and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- In-depth understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- A creative and innovative approach to design challenges
- Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and standards
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality design work
