Design high-impact static ads for Meta and produce multiple ad variations to optimize performance. Collaborate with the creative team and maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Responsibilities
- Design high-impact static ads for Meta based on creative briefs
- Produce multiple ad variations, experimenting with layout, typography, and composition to optimize performance
- Execute light photo editing and adapt designs for different placements
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs and deliverables
- Collaborate closely with the creative team using project management tools like Asana
- Support website assets or product launch visuals as needed
- Stay updated on new design tools and AI-assisted workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or paid media
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, composition, and design principles
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using AI design tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT for ideation is a bonus
