Capgemini is seeking a Visual UI Designer Lead to craft visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for their unified payments platform, collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-fidelity UI components, layouts, and visual assets for payment applications
  • Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all modules
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into polished interfaces
  • Lead visual design reviews and provide constructive feedback to design and development teams
  • Support responsive and accessible design across devices and platforms
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides
  • Stay current with UI trends, tools, and best practices in financial technology
  • Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the team

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in visual/UI design, preferably in financial services or enterprise platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

Key Skills

  • Visual/UI design experience
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles
