Capgemini is seeking a Visual UI Designer Lead to craft visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for their unified payments platform, collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity UI components, layouts, and visual assets for payment applications
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all modules
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into polished interfaces
- Lead visual design reviews and provide constructive feedback to design and development teams
- Support responsive and accessible design across devices and platforms
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides
- Stay current with UI trends, tools, and best practices in financial technology
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the team
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in visual/UI design, preferably in financial services or enterprise platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Key Skills
- Visual/UI design experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles
