BluePill AI is seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead design efforts, focusing on clarity, minimalism, and workflows that let AI do the heavy lifting. The ideal candidate will shape the product experience from strategy to interface.
Responsibilities
- Own design strategy and execution across web, platform, and AI-driven experiences
- Translate complex AI workflows into frictionless user experiences
- Advocate for "AI-native" design—anticipating and designing for interactions beyond buttons and menus
- Collaborate with founders, engineers, and customers to constantly refine the product
- Create design systems that scale across multiple product surfaces
Requirements
- A builder mindset—you ship, test, and iterate quickly
- Obsession with simplicity and removing unnecessary UI layers
- Experience designing SaaS or data-heavy tools
- Ability to combine strategy + hands-on craft (Figma or similar)
- Curiosity to rethink UX conventions in an AI-first world
Key Skills
- Figma or similar design tools
- Experience with AI products (bonus)
