2D Graphics Designer

Salem Sports Events is seeking a 2D Graphic Designer to join their creative team and help bring events and brand experiences to life. The designer will transform concepts into impactful designs that define the visual identity of tournaments, clients, and the brand.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging layouts and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials for clients and internal projects
• Collaborate with teams to gather information, review concepts, and refine designs
• Prepare final artwork for production while maintaining accuracy and file organization
• Manage multiple projects while meeting calendar deadlines
• Stay on top of design trends and software advancements to continually elevate work

Requirements

• A creative mind with strong visual communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of production techniques and design-to-print workflows
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Prior professional experience in graphic design (college degree preferred)
• Valid driver's license (occasional travel to event locations required)
