Vanta is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the vision and execution of the Third Party Risk Management product area.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments
- Conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy
- Identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact
- Mentor other designers and refine concepts and elevate design quality
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact
- Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and define design directions
