Senior UX Designer & Strategist (w/m/d)

This role is for a UX designer to work on the digital transformation of a company, creating intuitive and accessible solutions with an interdisciplinary team. The position offers the chance to be part of a large UX team and develop skills in a dynamic, product-oriented organization.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and moderation of co-creation workshops to promote user-centered product development
• Strategic alignment of UX across multiple products, including research, design standards, and business goals
• Design and optimization of complex user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
• Building and maintaining a scalable design system to ensure consistency
• Mentoring of UX colleagues and promoting a feedback and learning culture in the team

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, UX design, industrial/product design or comparable qualifications
• Min. 5 years of experience in UX design with pronounced UX design competence for complex software solutions
• Secure handling of Figma and common design methods
• Fundamental experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and workshop moderation
• Strategic thinking with a focus on user needs, continuous improvement, and high attention to detail
• Very good communication skills, very good German (C1) and very good English skills (C1)
