Senior UX Designer (m/w/d) E-Commerce

DIN Media is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the development of digital platforms and products, focusing on data-driven conversion optimization of E-Commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conception, design, and testing of UX concepts and user interfaces
• Analysis of customer journeys, quantitative and qualitative data, and usage requirements
• Development of user flows with optimal usability for E-Commerce business
• Optimization of search, filter, navigation, personalization, and cross-/up-selling
• UX project management and stakeholder coordination
• Testing of UX concepts and designs, creation of test guides and prototypes, and documentation of test results

Requirements

• Completed studies, ideally with a UX focus such as Interaction Design or Human-Computer-Interaction
• Several years of professional experience in UX and E-Commerce
• Methodological security due to professional experience
• Experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating tests such as prototype tests
• Very good knowledge of common wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Very good communication, moderation, and presentation skills in German
