Senior Product Designer to shape design strategy, mentor teammates, and deliver product excellence in a collaborative environment at SpotOn.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with fellow product designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to execute design solutions across platforms
- Designing user flows, wireframes, accessible high-fidelity UI, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces that address user needs and align with strategic goals
- Applying systems thinking to ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple products and features
- Leveraging user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and continuously refine solutions
- Proactively identifying design opportunities, surfacing user pain points, and proposing scalable solutions
- Facilitating cross-functional workshops, design critiques, and collaborative sessions to align and push the work forward
- Effectively communicating with stakeholders, clearly presenting design rationale and articulating how designs drive measurable business impact
- Providing and applying feedback in order to iterate on design work, improving clarity, usability, and polish
Requirements
- Relevant education or training in product design, UX, UI and/or interaction design
- Professional portfolio that highlights process, design thinking, aesthetic excellence and problem solving skills
- Mastery of design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Miro, Notion) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Jira)
- Mastery in user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking
- Strong aesthetic UI capabilities and comfort working with and evolving design systems
