PixelCraft Studio is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to craft visually stunning and strategically grounded designs for digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of UX designers, content strategists, and developers to deliver holistic and impactful digital experiences
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, acting as the primary visual design lead and client liaison to ensure design objectives are achieved
- Utilize a variety of design tools and software to create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations
- Conduct visual research and analysis to inform design decisions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and current design trends
- Develop and maintain visual design documentation to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture
Requirements
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in visual design
- Expert proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
Key Skills
- Expert proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
- A solid understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience with branding, typographic, and interactive design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside UX researchers, copywriters, and technical teams
