Takeda is seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user experiences for medical professionals, working on various touchpoints, including web services, applications, and online campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX/UI design for various touchpoints, including web services, applications, and online campaigns
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize user experiences
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines

Requirements

  • Native level Japanese language command
  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally within the tech or digital product environment
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and design system development

Key Skills

  • Web and application design skills
  • User research and usability testing experience
  • Design system development and maintenance experience
  • Figma and other design tools proficiency
