Takeda is seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user experiences for medical professionals, working on various touchpoints, including web services, applications, and online campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for various touchpoints, including web services, applications, and online campaigns
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize user experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
Requirements
- Native level Japanese language command
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally within the tech or digital product environment
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and design system development
Key Skills
- Web and application design skills
- User research and usability testing experience
- Design system development and maintenance experience
- Figma and other design tools proficiency
