WalkMe is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to design and build solutions that enhance user experience across multiple websites and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and implementing interactive experiences for customers
- Consulting with customer application owners to understand business objectives and end-user needs
- Leading end-to-end WalkMe projects and managing project risks
- Conducting training sessions for customers on WalkMe best practices
Requirements
- Strong understanding of user behavior and improvement of user engagement
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
