The Clearing is seeking a Senior Visual Consultant to lead product development and design delivery from concept to completion, collaborating with clients and team members on medium to large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables
- Collaborate with Management Consulting and Visual Consulting teammates to develop and execute project strategies
- Manage projects to completion by scoping tasks and managing resources
- Design and facilitate internal and external meetings
- Perform in-depth research and analysis to develop comprehensive data visualizations, client solutions, strategies, and implementation plans
- Align with and contribute to the organization's business and development goals
- Participate in proposal development and other business development activities
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance
- Six (6) + years of experience in a design-related field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant design-related field
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in: Adobe Creative, Microsoft, and Google Suite; Prototyping software such as Figma or InVision; UX/UI design principles; Human-Centered Design (HCD); Systems Design, Design Thinking, Lean Design, Agile Design, Universal Design, Six Sigma, or Biomimicry
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Ability to articulate visual design decisions and follow through on feedback and revisions
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
