Hilton is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of intuitive, user-centered designs across web and mobile experiences, working closely with an agency partner delivering UX work on behalf of internal teams
- Translate product requirements and research insights into clear wireframes, user flows, and design specifications
- Review and refine agency deliverables to ensure alignment with internal design standards, UX principles, and stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- Three (3) years of work experience in interface design, product design, digital design, or similar fields
- Experience in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design technologies
- Travel 10% Hybrid work schedule based in McLean, VA (3 days per week in office)
