Amazon is hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead the design process, influence the end-to-end UX, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare experiences.
Responsibilities
- Influence the end-to-end UX process, from discovery to treatment
- Design and deliver high-quality UX solutions for a set of features that help customers get affordable, high-quality healthcare
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to implement designs
- Present design solutions to senior-level leaders
- Mentor and coach junior designers
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Experience designing customer-facing retail products
- Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience designing in an agile development environment
- Full stack designer with experience in all phases of UX design
