UX Designer, Sr.

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Senior UX Designer with demonstrated expertise in UX Research to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery, prototyping, design, delivery, and continuous product improvement initiatives
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research activities such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights to inform product strategies and prioritize solutions
• Design comprehensive experiences that include functional interactions and visual elements, clearly communicating the rationale behind design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of user experience design into the product development process

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to design enterprise-level products in Figma, with a portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and complex workflows
• Proficient in user research and testing methodologies, with the ability to interpret results into actionable insights
• Experience working within an Agile software development environment
• Strong skills in leading and contributing to end-to-end UX processes, including research, analysis, design, and validation
• Excellent communication skills to present user experience data, design proposals, and product specifications effectively
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience in UX design or related fields

Key Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline
• Experience working with and contributing to a design system
• Background designing for B2B enterprise or healthcare platforms featuring complex workflows and diverse user roles
