Taxwell is seeking a Product Designer to join its Product Design team, creating intuitive and accessible designs that align with business goals and elevate the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver user-centered experiences that align with user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities
- Create intuitive interfaces and interactive elements, following best practices in usability and design consistency
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, content strategists, and data scientists
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, product design, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field
- Solid understanding of design principles and user-centered methodologies
Key Skills
- Proficiency in wireframing, storyboarding, and prototyping
- Effective communicator and presenter with the ability to articulate design decisions
