Fora is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growing design team, responsible for shaping the product and design processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead with insights, designs, flows, prototypes
- Contribute to the Design System to create consistently high-quality experiences
- Develop product designs that strike a balance between creativity, quality, speed, and business opportunity
- Establish and drive a posture and practice of understanding customer problems deeply
- Demonstrate compelling and confident storytelling
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience designing for both SaaS and Consumer-facing products
- Ability to create easy-to-use interfaces to accomplish complex tasks
- Strong ability to identify and address uncertain issues
- Fondness for identifying and addressing uncertain issues and converting them into well-defined objectives
