Checkr is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their Growth team, working on achieving ambitious goals from customer acquisition to conversion and becoming happy customers.
Responsibilities
- Embedding with the Growth team to define the roadmap, vision, and lead design work
- Owning the design work for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization for guided flows
- Leveraging AI to create personalized customer experiences
- Designing growth systems, experiments, and new product features
- Championing designs that deliver a seamless, easy, delightful experience for SMB users
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional design experience, including 4 years on Growth teams or in ecommerce and merchandising
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work directly impacting project success
- Experience with iterative experimentation like A/B testing
- Experience with UX research and testing
