Own and deliver product design projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality, user-centered outcomes. Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and drive delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver product design projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, align on goals, and drive delivery
- Conduct usability testing and apply research insights to inform design decisions
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system by creating and maintaining components, standards, and documentation
- Continuously improve workflows and collaboration to increase design and development velocity
- Regularly share work cross-functionally, gather feedback, and iterate to raise the bar on design quality
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and propose design-led initiatives that support company strategy
- Establish yourself as the primary design contact for your product team, ensuring strong alignment and consistent delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end product design projects
- Strong interaction and visual/UI design skills
- Strong Figma skills and experience maintaining design systems
- Ability to work independently and confidently in high-ambiguity contexts
- Excellent time management and delivery focus, with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative, feedback-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
- Fluent in English and based in Berlin with hybrid work capability
