Junior Product Designer

Support the Global Product Design team throughout all stages of the end-to-end process, from concept ideation to development and production finalization. Collaborate with engineers and internal teams to solve design and engineering challenges while contributing to innovative toy and consumer product ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Product Design team throughout all stages of the end-to-end process
• Bring cultural trends, inspiration, and creative ideas to brainstorms
• Create fresh, thought-provoking, and visually engaging presentations
• Help solve complex design and engineering development challenges
• Communicate ideas effectively through digital sketches, proof-of-concept renders, and physical prototype models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Toy, Product, or Industrial Design (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of agency or in-house product/industrial design experience within toys, games, and/or entertainment
• Knowledge of global retail brands, licenses, and studios in the consumer product, toy, games, and entertainment categories
• Strong presenter and storyteller, with the ability to deliver concise and engaging presentations using various media

Key Skills

• Foundational knowledge of 3D modelling, printing, and rendering software
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
