The UX/UI Designer will lead the understanding of user experience within the company and create user-centered designs based on business requirements and user feedback. They will also implement and maintain a design system and conduct UX research to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Leading the understanding of User Experience in the company
- Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups
- Implementing and maintaining a design system
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
- Gaining and incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design
Requirements
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Strong portfolio of related projects
- Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work on multiple projects during sprints
- Passion for design and customer experience
- Experience in delivering presentations and using influence skills
