The Graphic Designer will create original t-shirt designs based on creative briefs and customer insights while collaborating with the design and sales teams. This role involves developing design concepts from sketches to final print-ready artwork and ensuring technical specifications are met for production.
Responsibilities
- Design Creation (Primary Focus)
- Create original t-shirt designs based on creative briefs, trend research, and customer insights
- Design across multiple styles including typography-based designs, illustrations, and graphic compositions
- Develop design concepts from initial sketches through final print-ready artwork
- Create multiple colorway variations and mockups for each approved design
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience (or strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (primary tool) and Photoshop
- Portfolio showcasing design versatility: typography, illustration, and/or graphic design work
- Understanding of file preparation for print production (vector artwork, resolution, color modes)
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills (reading, writing, video calls)
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (primary tool) and Photoshop
