The Graphic Designer will create and design visual concepts tailored to bid collateral, including logos, covers, and infographics. They will manage stakeholder approvals and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.
Responsibilities
- Review client documents and prepare creative bid specific designs
- Manage stakeholders to approve design concepts
- Drive SMEs to adhere to timeframes and milestone dates
- Create full design package including covers, dividers, infographics, folders, templates and logos
- Design within client visual style guide
- Create and maintain library of standard infographics on SharePoint
- Manage the development of standard document template designs
- Educate bid teams on the submission process and how to use the tools and templates
- Review content to ensure high attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
- Collaboratively work with SMEs to develop compliant responses and create infographics that describe their words pictorially
- Ensure documentation is reviewed by relevant resources and provision is made to incorporate review comments within timeframes and obtaining required sign-off
- Review and interrogate bid content to ensure high-quality and compliant submissions
- Coach and influence bid teams to implement the submission process and enforce the use of Submissions tools and templates
- Create positive stakeholder relationships to enhance the development of bids and proposals where stakeholders value the benefits the Submissions Team provide in best-practice bids
- Continually strive to drive efficiencies and improve submission best-practice
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office suites
- Previous experience producing corporate collateral
- Solid foundation for success in this role
- Creative flair and eye for aesthetics
