The Marketing Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual assets for various marketing materials and ensure all designs meet accessibility standards. They will also collaborate with different teams to develop engaging content that reflects AccessiWay's brand values.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing materials
- Create engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, our website, and paid advertising
- Develop infographics, presentations, and visuals that make accessibility concepts easy to understand
- Produce video assets, thumbnails, and motion graphics for YouTube and other channels
- Design customer stories, case studies, and sales materials that communicate real impact
- Maintain and evolve AccessiWay's visual identity and design system
- Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels
- Push creative boundaries while staying true to our mission and brand values
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards
- Advocate for inclusive design principles across the marketing team
- Collaborate with the Content Strategist to create visuals for blogs, YouTube, and social channels
- Partner with the Performance and Growth Marketing Managers to design high-converting creatives and landing pages
- Work with the product team on marketing-related UI/UX projects
- Support SEO and GEO experts with visually optimized content
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns with the marketing team
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools
- Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Key Skills
