Senior UX/UI Designer

Design intuitive, data-driven interfaces that maximize funnel performance and engagement, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready design formats efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end user journey across web and mobile funnels, from first touchpoint to conversion and retention
• Plan and execute UX/UI and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tests to validate design hypotheses and unlock new growth opportunities
• Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries that ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong focus on native apps and web funnels
• Strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user behavior, accessibility, and usability principles
• Proficiency in Figma (required), with additional experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar tools

Key Skills
