Senior UX Designer

OneTrust is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the User Experience Design team, responsible for improving the usability, design, and overall experience of OneTrust offerings.

Responsibilities

• Strong UX writing skills to craft clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy that enhances usability
• Skilled in translating research findings into actionable design solutions
• Ability to run usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate quickly
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG)
• Comfortable presenting design rationale and leading design reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or related technical field
• 5 - 8 years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout
• Portfolio of UX projects to illustrate applied experience
• Experience with design tools including, but not limited to; Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design or interaction design

Key Skills

• Advanced visual and interaction design skills
• Strong attention to detail, usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and comprehensive state coverage across complex interfaces
• Skilled in no-code or low-code tools such as Framer, Webflow, or internal builder platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization
