Senior Product & UX/UI Designer 

We're looking for a Senior Product & UX/UI Designer to lead the redesign of a high-traffic US data platform and strengthen our own Digital Experience department.

Responsibilities

• Refine a design process in the product to integrate discovery, research, validation, and usability measurement
• Establish continuous and realistic discovery routines
• Create and maintain data-driven user personas
• Introduce usability metrics and ensure post-launch user feedback loops
• Act as a design advocate within the organization
• Mentor the UI/UX designer
• Contribute to the platform redesign
• Research & Validation
• Collaboration & Alignment
• Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
• 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity
• Proven track record in end-to-end product design
• Hands-on experience establishing or optimizing UX processes
• Solid understanding of UX maturity models
• Close collaboration experience with engineering teams
• Background in B2B SaaS or complex systems
• Strong foundation in accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Advanced command of UX research methodologies
• Proficiency in Figma
• Fluent in Russian and English
