UX Designer, Workforce Solutions - Talent Products

The UX Designer will define future experiences for the joining and onboarding journey, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve user experiences. They will lead UX efforts, set design direction, and communicate strategies and outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partners with engineering and product management team members in the execution and delivery of successful products and services, using a customer-focused, iterative design process
- Leads UX efforts by setting design direction, driving discussion and activities, while participating in delivery, planning, and coordination efforts
- Determines best UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals, identifying challenges and adapting as needed based on the context of the solution and customer
- Utilize storytelling and presentation skills to clearly communicate the design strategy, outcomes, and deliverables to diverse stakeholders
- Creates high quality deliverables and executes based on UX goals and priorities while driving the success of overall UX team delivery by seeking opportunities to make improvements to team efficiency and process
- Leverages, fosters and extends the use of established UX techniques, templates, presentations, and assets in the creation of UX analysis, solutions, and materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience
- 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience prototyping (HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash or Flash Catalyst, or Axure)
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and human-computer interaction
- Experience with design tools and prototyping platforms
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction
