The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that meet business goals and technical constraints. They will take ownership of designs from concept to delivery while improving the customer journey across products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team to develop design solutions
- Take full ownership of designs, from initial concept to high-fidelity delivery
- Build a deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead and facilitate workshops and ideation sessions
- Contribute to the company's Design Guidelines and manage the Design System
Requirements
- Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience designing responsive web platforms
- Proven track record in designing both new products and enhancing legacy systems
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UX research tools
