- Lead the full design process from discovery and concept validation to polished UX and UI
- Design Product Led Growth (PLG)-driven experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering to define and iterate on the user journey
- Use data, research, and experimentation to validate and optimize design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing SaaS B2B that excel in PLG products
- Strong product thinking and the ability to connect user needs with business goals
- Excellent UX and visual design skills with attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible, pragmatic, and able to thrive in ambiguity
