The UI/UX Designer will support senior designers and CRO strategists in improving digital experiences through UX research and design tasks. They will collaborate with various team members to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while participating in the lifecycle of design projects.
Responsibilities
- Support senior designers and CRO strategists in understanding users and improving digital experiences
- Assist in conducting and synthesising user research
- Translate briefs and research insights into wireframes, low-fidelity mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop interactive prototypes and design assets using Figma and brand guidelines
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a design role
- Confident in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop
- Understands basic user-centered design principles, visual design, and interaction design best practices
