The UX Designer will conduct user research and create user-centered digital experiences that are intuitive and engaging. They will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality user experiences throughout the product.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and analyse qualitative and quantitative user research
- Translate insights into actionable design requirements, personas, and user journey maps
- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Present and explain design decisions clearly
Requirements
- Strong UX design fundamentals
- Experience in user research
- Proficiency with Figma
- Understanding of tools like Jira/Shortcut
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
