The Senior Design Systems Designer will advance Canopy's design system and improve design operations across the company. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create scalable and accessible design foundations for customer-facing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to evolve and scale Canopy’s design system and component libraries
- Define and document design tokens, components, and patterns to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design system components are performant, accessible, and production-ready
- Establish design operations practices that improve the efficiency and consistency of the UX team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related role, with at least 2+ years focused on design systems
- Experience working in B2B SaaS
- Strong experience designing, documenting, and maintaining design systems for web and/or mobile products
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design operations tooling
