Senior Product Designer

Lead the design process for major features, from ideation through implementation, while incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholders. Conduct user behavior research and establish a data-driven design practice to inform feature development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for major features, from ideation through implementation
• Quickly iterate and prototype several concepts to validate product direction
• Facilitate collaboration sessions with product managers and engineers
• Partner with data teams to develop visualizations that help school staff monitor student outcomes
• Conduct user behavior research and establish a data-driven design practice

Requirements

• Passion for our mission to tackle the youth mental health crisis
• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user research, interaction, and visual design
• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineers using modern design tools
• A curiosity driven by first principles thinking, reimagining how technology can improve healthcare and education

Key Skills

• Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate across many stakeholders and prioritize tasks
• Technically Savvy: Fluency in modern tech stacks (Figma, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
• Relationship Builder: Experience with building relationships across diverse stakeholders and influence without authority
• Strong Communicator: Superb written and verbal communication skills
