You will own the design process end-to-end for Foundations initiatives, shaping core user experiences for AI-powered workflows. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting user research to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process end-to-end for Foundations initiatives
- Balance technical complexity and constraints with intuitive user experience
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
- Conduct user research with diverse audiences, translating insights into design principles and patterns
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and interaction patterns
Requirements
- Product Design Experience: 4+ years designing digital products with a strong portfolio
- Cross-Functional Partnership: A collaborative approach to product development
- User-Centered Approach: A deep commitment to understanding user needs through research and direct engagement
- Craft Excellence: Meticulous attention to craft and detail
- Communication Skills: Clear, proactive communication that keeps distributed teams aligned
