Senior Product Designer, Admin

You will own the end-to-end design process for the Admin platform, translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities for product improvement and drive user research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process end-to-end in the Admin team
• Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences for complex administration workflows
• Drive user research initiatives, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions
• Establish and evolve design patterns and systems that scale across the Admin platform
• Balance technical complexity and constraints with intuitive user experience

Requirements

• Product Design Experience: 4+ years designing digital products with a strong portfolio
• Cross-Functional Partnership: A collaborative approach to product development
• User-Centered Approach: A deep commitment to understanding user needs through research and direct engagement
• Craft Excellence: Meticulous attention to craft and detail
• Communication Skills: Clear, proactive communication that keeps distributed teams aligned
