Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across the full product journey — from first touch to deep engagement
- Reimagine the future of work for knowledge teams by leveraging speech AI and LLMs to streamline workflows and boost clarity
- Own the design process end to end: research, prototype, validate, and ship
- Define and communicate design vision for new features and products that spark excitement across the company
- Collaborate tightly with engineers and Ignasi, our CPTO, to bring ideas to life with speed and craft
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally in B2B SaaS
- High empathy, low ego — you seek feedback early and value truth over being right
- Sharp product sense and curiosity — you follow trends, test new tools, and can explain why something just feels better
- Strong research chops: you run interviews, usability tests, and synthesize insights into crisp design decisions
- An entrepreneurial mindset — you move fast, share early, and ship to learn
- Clear, persuasive communication to align teams and advocate for design insights
- Hands-on experience building and scaling design systems in Figma
