Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-impact experiences across web, mobile, and agentic interfaces
- Collaborate deeply with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers to translate AI-driven insights into human-centered products
- Shape how users interact with AI
- Craft and evolve Points and Rewards experiences
- Prototype fast, from low-fidelity flows to interactive, AI-powered experiments
Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital products across web, mobile, or AI-driven interfaces
- A portfolio showcasing clarity, craft, and depth
- Experience designing or conceptualizing AI-assisted or agentic experiences
- Familiarity with gamification, loyalty programs, and rewards systems
- Comfortable designing with data, analytics, and experimentation in mind
