Lead UX projects, ensuring impactful solutions aligned with business and user goals. Coach and mentor designers while enhancing UX workflows and contributing to presales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Leading UX projects, ensuring the team delivers impactful solutions aligned with business and user goals
- Defining UX strategy and execution plans, guiding the team on approach, workflows, and best practices
- Working closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX efforts with product objectives
- Shaping the UX of AI-powered product features
- Mentoring designers, ensuring growth in their skills and strategic thinking
- Enhancing UX workflows, design reviews, and quality control processes to improve efficiency and output
- Promoting responsible exploration and integration of AI into design workflows across the team
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including projects where you have led teams or managed client accounts
- Must have experience in B2B products and enterprise applications
- Experience in the HealthTech industry is a plus
- Exposure to AI in a product or UX context—whether through tool usage, feature design, or hands-on collaboration on AI-powered products—is highly preferred
