You will be designing mobile and web experiences within Backbase’s Digital Banking value streams. You’ll work directly with product and development team leaders across the full product lifecycle, from concept to elegant finished design.
Responsibilities
- Designing mobile and web experiences within Backbase’s Digital Banking value streams
- Working directly with product and development team leaders across the full product lifecycle
- Using AI to support competitor research, sketching, prototyping, user testing
- Building hi-fi designs using the comprehensive design system
- Creating pleasing, hi-fidelity layouts using the design system
- Managing large and complex Figma files
- Occasionally designing new components
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Experience designing financial products, or complex, info-heavy products in a business environment
- Strong understanding of interaction design fundamentals, processes and methods
- Solid UI design skills
- Figma as your tool of choice
- Experience using AI to help you execute a deeper design process within time constraints
- Persuasive, engaging and clear communication skills in English
- An eagerness to learn, but also to teach and mentor
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating your work
