UI Designer - Remote (f/m/x)

As a UI Designer, you will design visually engaging UIs for a mobile app and deliver production-ready assets to developers. You will also build and maintain the design system while collaborating with UX researchers and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging UIs for the mobile app, ensuring usability, accessibility, consistency, and scalability
• Deliver production-ready assets, specs, prototypes, and documents to developers and support them during implementation
• Build, maintain, and own the evolving design system
• Design illustrations, icons, and other graphical elements needed for designs
• Perform design reviews to ensure implementations align with the designs
• Collaborate with the UX researcher and data team to gather feedback on designs

Requirements

• Experience designing for mobile and web, ideally for B2C mobile apps
• 5+ years of experience working in product teams
• A portfolio that demonstrates outstanding UI craft, visual design, especially on mobile
• Problem-solving mindset, able to simplify complex ideas into clear UI
• Expert-level skills in Figma
• Comfortable working in fast-growing teams, shaping systems and processes, and making clear decisions to keep momentum and move projects forward
