Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across operator, management, and monitoring surfaces
- Translate technical workflows into simple, user-friendly tools for field operators
- Build scalable design systems and component libraries
- Conduct research with contractors and operators to validate design decisions
- Collaborate closely with leadership to define and ship product features
Requirements
- 3–6 years of product design experience in fast-moving environments
- Strong end-to-end craft: research, flows, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
- Ability to operate independently as the first in-house designer
- Excitement to bring clarity and polish to complex, high-impact problems
Key Skills
- Experience designing for robotics, IoT, or enterprise platforms
- Comfort with data visualization and technical workflows
