Responsibilities
- Craft clear, consistent, and human-centered UI content
- Define and maintain content standards, naming conventions, and governance models
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering to ensure clarity and cohesion
- Contribute to strategic discussions with Design, Product Management, and Marketing
- Conduct UX research to test designs and terminology
Requirements
- Proven experience designing content for complex SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Ability to lead projects autonomously
- Expertise in conversational design and information architecture
- Exquisite written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
